Custom and personalized orders
There are no returns or exchanges on customized items. For example, orders where the buyer has selected the crystal colors cannot be returned or exchanged. It is very important for the buyer to follow instructions on measuring the item before purchasing.

This brow band is gorgeous! I can’t believe how quickly it was shipped. I replaced the one on a PS of Sweden bridle that stuck out where it snapped on the bridle. This brow band is much more elegant.

The one I ordered looked blue in the photo, but turned out to be white. The seller responded immediately and made the process of returning it easy and created a beautiful browband in blue stones for the 9 yr old birthday girl's new horse!
