Custom and personalized orders
There are no returns or exchanges on customized items. For example, orders where the buyer has selected the crystal colors cannot be returned or exchanged. It is very important for the buyer to follow instructions on measuring the item before purchasing.

If you are looking for a well crafted and beautiful browband, this is your shop! I ordered a browband for my mare and it was too large; however, I had no problems from the owner returning it and the smaller size arrived quickly and fits my mare perfectly. I don't think you could find a higher quality item!! The pearls and crystals are sturdy and well-placed on the band. I will be ordering from here again!
